I had a mixed experience at Ocean Blue Hotel & Resort in Byblos. The location near the beach was great, and the views were stunning. However, the ongoing construction made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay, and the amenities felt incomplete. The staff was friendly, but there were definitely some service hiccups too.
